eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old to sign up for rqs.lol.

what you post

• your profile photo should be an actual photo of you, not someone else
• no impersonation, no illegal content, no harassment
• we can remove any profile or account that violates this

requests and payments

requests are real payments processed securely through Stripe. when a creator accepts a request, the fan's payment is charged immediately and held until the creator marks the request fulfilled — at that point the funds, minus our 15% fee, are released to the creator. recipients can request a payout of their balance from their dashboard at any time. all amounts and payout breakdowns shown on the site reflect real money.

if a fan reports a request as not fulfilled after it was accepted, it's refunded to the fan by default. creators are responsible for only accepting requests they intend to deliver on.

when you request a payout, you're responsible for entering accurate bank details. we're not liable for a payout that fails or goes to the wrong place because of information you entered incorrectly.

1-on-1 chat

anyone can use 1-on-1 chat to get matched with a stranger for a video/voice/text conversation. it's free to use. we can remove or suspend an account over conduct in a chat, same as anywhere else on the site.

account deletion

you can delete your account at any time from your profile page. we can also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

no guarantees

rqs.lol is provided as-is, with no warranty. we're not liable for how people use the site or for any losses connected to using it.

changes
