privacy policy

what we collect

when you sign up for rqs.lol, we collect your name, email address, a profile photo, an optional short bio, and optional social media handles (tiktok, instagram, x) if you add them.

if you set a baseline price or turn requests on and off, we store that setting. if you send or receive a request, we collect the message and offer amount attached to it, and its status (pending, accepted, fulfilled, declined, or refunded).

if you use 1-on-1 chat, we collect the messages you send during a chat session and, while you're connected, live presence info (your name, username, and photo) so the other person can see who they're talking to.

payments are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. when you send a request, your payment is held until the request is fulfilled. if you request a payout of money you've been paid, we collect the bank details you submit (account holder name, bank name, account number, and routing number) so we can send the payout.

how we use it

• your name, photo, bio, and baseline price are shown publicly on your rqs.lol profile page
• your email is used to log you in and to contact you about your account
• request messages and offer amounts are visible to you and whoever you're requesting from or being requested by
• chat messages and presence info in a 1-on-1 chat are visible live to the other person in that chat
• bank details you submit for a payout are used only to process that payout, and are visible to our team for that purpose

we don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

where it's stored

your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. login is passwordless — we email you a one-time code, we never store a password.

cookies

we only use the minimum cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in. we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

deleting your data

you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — your profile, photo, bio, and login — at any time from your profile page under "danger zone." this can't be undone.

one exception: requests you've already sent or received, and messages you've sent in a 1-on-1 chat, stay part of that record after you delete your account, since the other party has a legitimate record of the transaction or conversation. they're no longer linked to a live profile. if you want something specific removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

who this is for

rqs.lol is intended for people 18 and older. we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
